Math Tricks App Reviews

Good app but I found it lacking. The tricks were too limited in scope. I would like to see how to quickly multiply by 11, 4, 25, 15, etc how to quickly square any number I would prefer a key Pad for the answers over a range of options as I can guess in the right range rather than truly test myself. The random questions are far too limited and a greater range would be nice. I once got the SMS question 3 times in a row. I dont need to practice for that I just remembered the answer. I really liked how when one went to the lesson section it gave information with that question as the example. Thats a very neat touch.

Actully it needs more tricks and needs tobe broad like not only number by number However, I like it ^^

Im 28 and love this app! It is challenging and I can not believe that I can do these type of math problems in my head!

This app is well worth the price; hopefully thel will make many updates. If you do not have a caculator handy, this makes for a perfict fill-in!

This is my first review and Id like to say I love this app. As the previous reviewer mentioned, I hope to see many more updates. I have a trick if youd like to incorporate that in your application. If you want to divide any number by 5, simply multiply it by 0.2. In other words, double the number and move the decimal one unit to the left. Example: 67/5 = 67 x .2 = 13.4 Keep up the good work.

Does exactly what it says it does. I like it cept I would like more equations. The app is good use of 99 cents just buy it dont be cheep

I like where this app is going, but too few lessons at the moment and most are pretty obscure. Please do keep working on this - it has a ton of potential.

Enjoying the lessons, and its been many many many years since I studied math!! Great brain exercise for us baby-boomers. Looking forward to updates.

another good math trick! 9x7=63 take what you are multiplying by nine,which in this case 7 drop it down one to a 6 and put a 3 at the end to total 9 and you get 63 or 9x8=72 the answer will always add up to nine 7+ 2 = 9

i like the UI a lot and it almost works. ill stick with flash-math. a little more boring but more effective for the kids.

Great app, would love more lessons, but get rid of the multiple choice and make it so you have to write in the answer. It would help to learn the tricks.

It is too easy to just guess the answer. Most of the choices are obviously not applicable - takes away from the fun.

Dont buy this app unless ur n third grade. Not worth it. Trust me!!

Too hard mabey on the update it should be like in levels so u can chose them

I didnt know some of these tricks. This is a helpful app for all ages!

Overall the app is very good. So far only 10 tricks though, more tricks will be appreciated. Also the correct answers are too easy to pick. The choices could be made more similar to each other to increase difficulty.
